Local people are shaping a more resilient and abundant future where residents have better access to healthy, sustainable food.
At two IEL community assemblies in July and August, residents and councillors co-created a list of barriers and actions that are needed to help food growing bloom in our borough. See below for the full report from the assemblies.
This will be shaped into an action plan at a steering group meeting from 5.30pm – 8pm on 7th September. Incredible Edible Lambeth is co-creating Right To Grow with local people, council officers and councillors, and we are delighted that this has cross-party support from Green and Labour councillors.
