We offer organically grown culinary and medicinal herbs that are not available at the usual outlets, at very local rates. We grow and sell to people within a 2 mile radius. Plants are locally adapted. Our plants are offered as ‘starts’, with growing advice, very much tailored to new growers because we really care that our young plants will make it. We have plenty of community groups who want to establish an initial ‘stock’ of medicinal herbs to get started. We use micro green and intensive small scale market garden techniques and technology to grow in confined environments. we record our results, listen to our customer feedback and adapt. We are always learning so many things. We grow in soil and in the sun and use rain water where ever we can. We are passionate that the herbs and fruits and salads we grow, should be packed with nutrition, to the point that the plants are placed in the ground. We offer education to growers where it is useful. We connect with herbalists across London to collaborate and support on new projects. We have begun working directly with chefs to bring wilder herbs into the kitchen. We now give demonstrations at food events, to let consumers experience how to mix more unusual herbs with food and drink.
