This workshop is for people who are involved in a community food growing project in Lambeth (eg. community garden, growing on an estate, or school).
Adi from Urban Mushrooms will deliver an introductory mushroom growing workshop. The workshop will include a talk and a practical activity, where participants will jointly prepare a wine cap bed. The workshop will equip participants with all the skills needed to set up a mushroom cultivation space in their own community garden.
Schedule as follows:
11.30 Meet at Colombo Centre, presentation about mushroom cultivation
12.45 Lunch will be provided
1.30 Walk together to Bernie Spain Gardens for practical activity
