Join us at the Greenhouses for this wonderful tasting and making session about fermented vegetables. We will share a story about magical microbes, walk around our gardens picking edible flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables then ferment these into something delicious. You will take home a jar of vegetables to ferment at home, as well as water kefir grains to make a delicious probiotic drink. Please remember to bring two jam jars (or more) with you for your ferments.
