Community compost bins have been installed at the community garden on Challice Way and residents have been shown how to use the compost bins as well as received free caddies. If you are interested in joining the community compost bin, you can email us at compost@incredibleediblelambeth.org.
April 2023
BIN INSTALLATION!
We will be installing a compost bin near Challice way on the 26th April.
A demonstration on how to use the compost bins will be held on Saturday the 29th April, at 10.30am
If you can’t attend, don’t worry. A resident that attended the workshop will be able to demonstrate how to use it another time. There will be a QR code on the bin to find out how to join, or you can contact us at compost@incredibleediblelambeth.org
There will be instruction on what can and can’t go inside the bin on the lid and in every caddy we provide.
The compost bins will be locked and only accessible once you have been shown how to use them. Only then you will be able to get the code.
March 2023
We will be holding the first consultation with residents on the 11th March from 11am outside Challice Way car park/garden to explain the project, the location of the compost bins and to gather further interest from people.
