The Myatt’s Field South estate, located between Brixton Road and Camberwell New Road. It has 2 active community gardening groups who have transformed a previously neglected spaces on their estate into community gardens. On the South west side of the estate there is a mini allotment site with raised beds, on the North East side of the Estate there is the Boiler Garden, established in 2021 with the support of IEL as part of the Grow Back Greener project. Both sites promote food growing and the Boiler Garden especially welcomes volunteers and works to support local wildlife and pollinators.
