On 19th April we worked with Edmundsbury Estate residents to organise a lovely Easter celebration – the tenants and residents association organised an Easter egg hunt and refilled the estate hanging baskets, and IEL supported a planting session, face painting and children’s art workshop. More than 35 people enjoyed the event which also included delicious hot Caribbean food from Maureen’s Kitchen. The event took place in the estate courtyard next to food growing beds. Our project was made possible thanks to #NationalLottery players.
