Awards Ceremony

Blooming Lambeth 2022 was held on November 1st at the Assembly Hall in Lambeth Town Hall. The awards ceremony was supported by Lambeth Council’s Residents Services and Housing Management team along with IEL staff, Directors, and volunteers.

We were delighted to welcome so many members of Lambeth’s gardening community both as prize winners and as supporters.

The wonderful Arit Anderson, award-winning garden designer and television presenter for the BBC’s Gardeners World and RHS shows coverage, joined the ceremony as the guest speaker and co-host for the evening.

With thanks to Debbie Sears (photography), Loughborough Junction’s Platform Café for their hearty seasonal Veggie Minestrone Soup and the live music provided by Pangaea Steelband on the night.

Please enjoy this video put together by Iona Davies in conjunction with Obie Campbell and Marjorie Landels (music by Pangaea Steelband) that captures the essence of this inspiring night.
