The deadline for Blooming Lambeth Awards 2026 has been extended until Friday 31st July.
We have extended our deadline because we know there are lots of great projects that haven’t applied, and we want to make sure you get the attention you deserve!
We particularly want to boost the numbers applying for the ‘Food Growing Excellence’ and ‘Food Growing by Children and Young People’ categories.
This year, our aim is to put the spotlight on your great work to decision-makers such as Lambeth Council. Sometimes food growing can feel a bit invisible in the borough, and we want to make sure it gets the attention it deserves.
This will support our Right To Grow campaign which aims to bring more funding and support for food growing.
Please do get in contact (coordinator@incredibleediblelambeth.org) if anything is stopping you from applying. We think people might be holding back because their garden isn’t perfect, they have too much on at the moment, or because the form looks complicated. Please believe us: we’re not looking for perfection, we just want to highlight what you do!
