On 17th December 2024, IEL joined campaigners from across the farming community to lobby MPs in Parliament to support nature-friendly farming. Alongside beautiful food produced on farms across the country (and quiche made with spinach grown in Lambeth!) campaigners presented the case that agroecology can address some of the most urgent issues we face today including climate crisis, food insecurity, biodiversity loss and public health. The lobby was organised by the Farming and Land Use Network, Landworkers’ Alliance, Sustain and Real Farming Trust, and hosted by MP Sarah Dyke.
